1. What Job Badger is
Job Badger generates job application drafts (such as cover letters) with AI, and searches public job boards on your behalf. The service is currently free and in early access; features may change, break, or be paused at any time.
2. AI-generated drafts
Everything we generate is a draft for your review. We ground drafts only in the information you provide and the job posting, and we instruct our models never to invent facts — but AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and deciding what you submit to an employer. Job Badger never submits applications on your behalf.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not and cannot promise interviews, replies, or job offers. Job listings come from third-party public sources and may be outdated, inaccurate, or removed.
4. Fair use
The free tier has daily limits per person and overall. Don't abuse the service: no automated scraping of our endpoints, no submitting other people's personal data without their permission, no unlawful content. We may block abusive usage.
5. Your content
The information you enter stays yours. You may use the drafts we generate for your own job applications without restriction. You confirm the information you provide about yourself is truthful — the tool is built to present your real experience well, not to fabricate a better one.
6. Job listings
Job search results are retrieved from public job boards, national employment services (e.g. EURES, Bundesagentur für Arbeit), and company career pages. The listings belong to their respective sources; we link back to the original posting. We are not affiliated with these employers or boards.
7. Your data
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy. Short version: we process what you enter to deliver the service, we don't sell it, and you can request deletion at any time.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is", free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
